  • How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

    On working days, we will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry.

  • Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We are factory and have our own export department.

  • What products can you provide?

    We mainly produce wood-plastic products, including wood-plastic doors, door pockets, profiles, skirting boards, etc.

  • Which fields of application are your products mainly involved in?

    Our products are mainly used for interior decoration.

  • Can you do customized products?

    Yes, we mainly do customized products, we develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • Are you producing standard parts?

    Yes, in addition to customized products, the styles and sizes of our existing products are already abundant enough to cover the general needs of almost any market.

  • How is your company's production capacity?

    We have 24 extrusion lines, 8 coating lines, two blister lines, three paint lines, one automatic processing line and other various processing lines, which can meet the needs of different customers for different products, with an annual production capacity of 400,000 sets .

  • How many employees does your company have, and how many of them are technicians?

    The company has more than 140 employees, including 15 technicians.

  • How does your company guarantee product quality?

    We will have a corresponding inspection after each process. For the final product, we will check according to customers' requirements and international standards, and send photos or videos to confirm with customers.

  • What is the payment method?

    When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance after seeing the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course L/C is also acceptable.

  • How to ship the goods to customers?

    Usually we ship by sea, go to Shanghai or Ningbo port.

  • Where are your goods mainly exported to?

    Our products are mainly exported to more than 20 countries in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Africa.
